Technical characteristics
The modem provides reception and data transmission of the RS485 and RS232 interface on channels of networks of cellular communication of E-GSM900 and DCS1800.
RS485 interface parameters
Exchange speed from a row - 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 28800, 38400, 57600, 115200 bit/s.
Operating mode - asynchronous, a half-duplex.
Maximum resistance of a loop of the communication line no more than 2 kΩ.

for the GSM-J modem - 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 28800, 38400, 57600, 115200 bit/s;
for the GSM-P modem - 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 bit/s.
Operating mode - asynchronous, a half-duplex.
Transceiver parameters
2. An interchannel rating - 200 kHz.
3. A duplex rating of frequencies of reception and transfer - 45 MHz for E-GSM900, 95 MHz for DCS1800.
4. Type of the modulation bearing - GMSK (W = 0,3).
5. An access method - TDMA. Number of temporary channels on one bearing - 8.
6. Output power of the transmitter:
- for the E-GSM900 standard - 2 W;
- for the DCS 1800 - 1 W standard.
The maximum output power of the transmitter has to be in limits ± 2 dB of rather nominal rate.
